Chambers Association

Our client from Ohio manages an association overseeing approximately 120 chambers. After a competitive bidding process, we were awarded the project to enhance their data analytics capabilities. The client uses HubSpot CRM for data management, and our task was to extract this data, perform analytics, and provide insights to help the chambers boost their revenue.

The project involved synchronizing around 5 million user records from HubSpot. To achieve this efficiently, we selected Airbyte, a data pipeline tool, to pull the data and store it in our database. By leveraging this open-source application, we demonstrated our expertise and significantly reduced the time to market.

Additionally, we addressed an operational challenge by integrating DocuSign into their application. Previously, contracts were signed on paper and either scanned or mailed physically. The new feature enabled digital signatures, which minimized paper use and positioned our client as a more environmentally responsible vendor. Our continuous technical support and proactive approach ensure that our client remains competitive and well-supported.
